CONTRACT AGREEMENT

The …………………………… Club, named “…..………………………….” presented as “The Customer” on the one part and “Tecoma Travel & Tours” presented as “The Executor” on the other part, are signing the present Agreement.
1. SUBJECT OF CONTRACT
The Customer reserves a special tour to Cyprus for the conduction of the training of the ………………… Club “……………………………..”. The Executor will exclusively organize all activities agreed by both parties.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The Customer is obligated to provide the Executor with the following:
a. List of the participants’ details (name, date of birth, number of foreign passport) and the terms of staying in Cyprus (duration of training, hotel, conditions of accommodation).
b. Terms of agreement by both parties.
c. Medical Insurance for all participants of the tour.
The Executor is obligated with the agreed services.

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT, ORGANIZATION OF TOUR
4.1 An advanced payment of 30% will have to be prepaid either to an account of the Executor or in cash when the present Agreement will be signed (on the base of account - facture). The remaining of the total amount of 70% should be paid before the arrival date of the team in Cyprus. For extra services provided, the additional payment will be fulfilled before the departure of the team from Cyprus.
4.2 Proof of payment is evident by Swift not later than 3 days after fulfillment of the payment.
4.3 The currency used for payment is EURO unless agreed differently.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOTH PARTIES
5.1 In case of loses incurred due to negligence of any party in performing in accordance to the teams of this Agreement will give the right to the innocent party to claim damages for such losses and the guilty party will compensate the innocent party for such losses.
5.2 In the event of disagreement of this present Agreement both parties agree to resolve such disagreements by negotiations. In case that the parties do not reach agreement, then, such differences will be taken to Arbitrages Court of the Customer’s Country.
The jurisdiction of this Agreement is the laws of the country of the Customer. The legal proceedings will be in the official language of the Court with facilitations of the official translations in Greek / or English.
5.3 Signing the present Agreement No. …………… dated …………………. and amendments, both parties are using facsimile. Upon arrival both parties, will exchange the originals of the present Agreement and amendments.
6. FINAL STATEMENTS
6.1The present Agreement is valid form the moment of signing.
6.2This Agreement can be amended/ altered by mutual consent of the parties.
7. TERMS OF VALIDITY
7.1. The present Agreement is valid from the signing time until the departure of the Customer form Cyprus.
8. PACKAGE AGREEMENT
The package offer includes the following services:
- Accommodation in double and single rooms
- Full Board basis – buffet (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner)
- Water and orange squash during lunch and dinner
- 1 Litter of Mineral Water for each person every day
- Sauna, Massage room, Jacuzzi, Gym, Indoor swimming pool, conference room
- Transfer (airport – hotel – airport)
- Transfers to friendly matches
- Transfers to training fields every day (morning – afternoon)
- Rent of the football fields (3 hours per day, morning & afternoon)
- Four (4) friendly matches (during a period of 2 weeks)
- Professional Referees for matches
- Laundry of sport clothes (shorts, t-shirts, socks) every day
- Guide – Translator for the whole period of teams stay
